Our Story

Globaltek Philippines' grass roots ca be traced from a service-oriented beginnings of our onshore partners at Trajector when Jim Hill and Gina Uribe who paved the way in the establishment of Trajector US having their first clients as Veterans who had a difficult time navigating their journey in understanding which conditions might qualify them for benefits that the medically qualify for.

Globaltek PH was also founded in the same initiative to help serve the community by providing job opportunities. The company was originally named "Kalikid Ridge Call Center Services" and was founded by Jacob Austin Ellis, the CEO of the company.

He was a missionary to the Philippines and was assigned to different places in the country, most particularly in Kalikid - a small community in Cabanatuan City in Central Luzon. In his efforts to provide job opportunities as a way of giving back to the community, he decided to establish the business on May 2019, comprising of fifteen (15) agents.

Since then, the company's number of employees has exponentially increased over the past year and transitioned to acquiring a new name under the GlobalTek BPO Inc. Globaltek PH is considered to be the leading company in the region specializing in the medical claims field.
