About the Role

The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, organizational and documentation skills, while ensuring accuracy of data.

They must be able to navigate through different admin tasks while meeting client KPIs and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 6 months BPO experience.

  • Must be amenable to work on site and shifting schedules.

  • Must be willing to work on site adn can start ASAP.

  • Has neutral American accent.

  • Must be highly analytical when supporting administrative tasks.

  • Able to apply thorough fact-finding and evidence collection processes.

  • Must be detail oriented and goal driven.

  • Must be a fast learner in understanding different processes; Able to adapt quickly to new environments.
