About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires within full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end recruitment process). This role will be responsible in meeting overall hiring targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually) as required by the business.
Requirements
Must have 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition specializing in different lines of businesses or industry.
Knowledgeable in generating leads using different job search engines and platforms, Recruitment related database.
Knowledge in software development best practices and agile development methodologies is highly an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility: Amenable to work following US Timezone and shifting schedules to meet the target lauch/start date.
Can work with minimal supervisoin and proactive in providing timely update; highly analytical in coming up with strategic decisions.
Must be amenable to work on site in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
